This month we will be joined by the Kent Association for the Blind
Do you or a family member have difficulty seeing?
Kent Association for the Blind’s mobile sight centre, Iris, will be at The Spearpoint Pavilion, The
Ridge, Kennington, Ashford, TN24 9ET on Monday 16th March, visiting the resident’s coffee
morning from 10.30am – 12.30pm and will then stay open to all until 3pm. The team will be happy to
advise on any concerns you may have about your vision, offer support if you are living with sight
loss and give tips on good eye health. The sight centre also carries a selection of day to day
living equipment and assistive technology to support with independent living. No booking
