February Coffee and Chat – Care UK Community Event are joining us| Everyone Welcome 

 

Join us for our February Coffee and Chat in Kennington — a relaxed, friendly morning open to everyone in the community.

Whether you’re looking to connect with others, enjoy a cup of coffee, or find out more about local support services, this event is a great opportunity to come along and get involved. 

 

This Month’s Guest: Carers’ Support East Kent 

 

This month we will be joined by Carers’ Support East Kent, a charity dedicated to helping unpaid carers access the information, guidance, and practical support they need. 

 

You may not think of yourself as a carer, but if you look after a relative or friend who cannot manage without your help due to physical or mental illness, disability, age‑related difficulties, or addiction, support is available. 

 

Services Provided Include: 

 

Information and advice 

 

Emotional and practical support 

 

Carer’s Needs Assessments 

 

Kent Carer’s Emergency Cards 

 

Carer’s Hospital Service 

 

Young Adult Carer Service 

 

If you support someone who relies on you, come along to learn what help is available — and how it could make a difference for you and the person you care for.
